GOING TO SAGADA THIS HOLY
WEEK? PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING THINGS.
1. Bus seats
(tickets) are taken at FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Reservation is not
applicable or practical this season.
2. In as much as
our dear transportation provider would like to accommodate all individuals
going to Sagada, we can't due to the lack of bus units available. We can
request for RETURN TRIPS but we have to balance also the number of buses going to Sagada and
the units returning to Baguio.
3. Everyone is encouraged to wake up early and be
at Dangwa compound behind the Baguio Center where the Lizardo/GL Bus station is
located at, before eight in the morning to buy tickets and reach Sagada as soon
as possible.
4. Since this season is considered peak season
where a massive number of people travel, please carry minimal load. It would be
smart not to bring your pets and other less important baggages.
5. For safety purposes, you know the basics. In
terms of money, we have an ATM machine inside the Rural Bank of Sagada. We also
have ATM machines in Bontoc if you need to withdraw some cash. Bontoc is an
hour away from Sagada.
6. For specific needs, please visit GL/Lizardo at
Betag, Km 6 or West Buyagan. You may send me (again) a text message (as usual)
but it is more likely for me to consult with the said offices before I could
get back to you (if I have load).
7. If you really need to go to Sagada but there are
no buses directly going there, try CUT TRIPS. Take Dangwa, Rising Sun etc buses
going to Bontoc then take a jeep from Bontoc going to Sagada.
8. When we go to Sagada, make sure we abide by laws
and regulations there. Please no littering of waste and marijuana transactions!
No more Brodett family drama please.

10. Help promote Sagada.
P.S. By the way, P220 is the regular fare and P182
is the student/senior fare. No fare increase since the old good days.
Cheers! See you in Sagada.
