Our generous cause of helping leukemia patient Charles Ansibey has reached the hearts of hundreds of people. Our target of involving only the alumni group of Sagada National High School is very successful. Gladly, we were also able to involve other people- strangers.

Indeed, God -whoever you are- works for us. By the way, Happy Sunday!

Lately, a stranger sent us a message on Facebook. He wanted to know how can he help us. In a snap , he informed us that he already wired an amount to our account. That was so sweet of him. We will wait for days before we can withdraw the money, and then hand it to the Ansibey family.

Obviously, we are both strangers. But we are not questioning each other’s trustworthiness. We know from the bottom of our hearts that no one affords to fool other people when dealing with such serious concern. Thanks God, human beings know how to play the game of trust.

I have to admit that I feel paranoid whenever I give away the details of my bank account to strangers in distant areas for their donations. The ailing family has no bank account at all so we have no other choices but to use our personal accounts.

Rest assured that deposits reach the Ansibey family. Acknowledgment receipts will be provided to show some proof that the family already received the amount.

In the past few weeks, we have been receiving messages and phone calls from strangers also. Some knew me by name only. Others need more background check. They asked me some details about myself. I explained to them that I am Christian, from Ambasing, Sagada and a grandson of Balbalin Aligo and Pablo Lizardo Sr. And yes, I am the younger brother of Laguipen.

What is magical about Igorots is that they trust fellow Igorots immediately. I always believe that Igorots are the most trusted people in the world.

May all people who are supporting us in raising funds for Charlesreceive happy and sexy blessings from the Creator! Matago-tago kay am-in!
