At age 35, Jerome Busacay Tudlong Jr. may be known as the youngest municipal councilor in Bontoc and in Mountain Province. But there are lots of things about him that we do not know yet.

Let's start...

1.    As a municipal councilor, he is currently the chairman for both Committee on Health and Sanitation, and Committee on Laws.

2.    He authored several ordinances including an ordinance regulating the use of plastic bags and Styrofoam, and the health and sanitation code of the capital town of Mountain Province.

3.    Jerome initiated the Ifontok Got Talent Too in 2010. The talent show is now a regular part of the Am-among Festival of Bontoc.

4.    For six years, Jerome taught at Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) Bontoc campus.

5.    Jerome became part of the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Youth Affairs in Malacanang, from 2003 to 2004.

6.    Academically, Jerome finished both Bachelor of Laws and BS Commerce and Management at Saint Louis University. This means he is also a Louisian!

7.    He studied at the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School (MPGCHS). He is now the president of the school’s alumni association.

8.    When Jerome was a student in SLU, he was elected as the president of the Supreme Student Council (SSC) in 1999.

9.    Jerome was born in 1977. No more details available (let’s respect his white hairs).

10. Jerome is married to Madelyn Palod-Tudlong. To know more about his personal life, email him at [email protected]
