Our folks in Besao and Sagada are being invited by the
National Commission on Indigenous Peoples to the Second General Assembly on the
proposed Windmill Farm project to be built along the Pilao-Langsayan Ridge between the two Mountain

In the notice released by the NCIP dated May 10 2013, folks

The notice pointed out that the assembly “is a venue of
learning what is all about the wind power project to include its dis-advantages
and advantages”.
